J.N. Kandhari & Co. is a parent company founded in 1962 by Late Shri Surendranath Kandhari. The company manufactures the Jenco brand of all types of Overhead Transmission Line material. A state-of-the-art machinery and technology at their works 60 kms. from Mumbai manufactures products that conform to international quality and standards.

The Company, through Prerna Trading Co., founded in 1993 by Mr. Tarun .S. Kandhari, has diversified into trading in the domestic market in India. This company offers all types of materials used in the power sector and enables its clients to procure all the items under one roof.

In the year 2000 the company formed an export division under the banner of Yash Exports (An ISO 9001 : 2008 Certified Company). The division fulfills the requirements of all types of Transmission / Distribution / Overhead / Substation Line Materials and Telecommunication Line Materials for our clients overseas. In a short span of time the Company has achieved tremendous growth and has built a commendable name in the international markets due to our vast experience in the domestic market.

In the year 2020, the company formed another Branch in Abuja, Nigeria under the name of: "YASH POWERTECH NIGERIA LIMITED" registered under Federal Republic of Nigeria. This branch aims to bring their services closer to their esteemed customers in West Africa. This branch fulfills the requirement of all types of Electrical Transmission, Substation, Distribution, Overhead Line Materials and OEM equipment of international standards.
